Bylaw Enforcement
To speak with bylaw enforcement, call 604-946-3340 between 8:30 am and 9:00 pm, 7 days per week.
Citizen Advocate
As part of Delta's commitment to openness and transparency, the City has established an internal Citizen Advocate. Similar to an internal ombudsperson, Delta’s Citizen Advocate will hear from residents who may bring forward concerns about a range of City services and provide a secondary opportunity for review.
To speak with a citizen service representative, during regular hours of operation, call 604-946-4141. To report urgent issues related to municipal services after-hours, please dial the same line and press 2.
