The Delta Trades & Technical Career Fair was started in 2013 to inspire students to pursue a variety of career options in the trades and technical areas.

The Delta Trades & Technical Career Fair is a free event that is held at Sungod Recreation Centre from 9am to 3pm and provides an opportunity for students, parents and the general public to explore trades and technical careers through hands-on, interactive exhibits, demonstrations, and talking directly with industry professionals.

The Post-Secondary Recruitment portion of the event will take place from 4pm to 7pm in the Sungod Recreation Centre lobby. Here people can meet with representatives from BCIT, KPU, VCC, and the Electrical Joint Training Committee to talk about education for trades and technical careers. It is a great opportunity to learn about what programs are available and to ask questions in a one-on-one setting.
