provides incentives to promote the development of industrial land for high-end industrial uses, to promote the diversification and expansion of tourism accommodation and facilities, and to ensure that development near Burns Bog does not adversely impact the environment.

Inter-Municipal Business Licence programs

allows constructions and trades-related businesses the ability to purchase one business licence to operate in 16 municipalities.

Saving Our Industrial Lands initiative

promotes the closure and redevelopment of derelict landfill sites in the Tilbury Industrial Area through incentives and partnerships between government, landowners, and businesses.

Scott Road Revitalization program

encourages investment in commercial and high-density residential development through a targeted revitalization tax exemption program.

South Delta Business Sustainability Strategy

is an action plan for business leadership organizations, business owners, commercial property owners, and the City of Delta to achieve long-term viability of the South Delta business community.
