At the April 10, 2017 Executive Meeting, Council considered the report from the Human Resources and Corporate Planning Department dated March 31, 2017 regarding E-Comm Board of Directors Designate – 2017-2018 Term and endorsed the following recommendations:
THAT Karl Preuss, Director of Finance, be designated to represent The Corporation of Delta and the Delta Police Board on the E-Comm Board of Directors for the 2017-2018 term.
B. THAT the decision to appoint the Director of Finance as the E-Comm representative for The Corporation of Delta and the Delta Police Board be released to the public and that E-Comm be advised of the designation.
