As provided by Section 131 of the Community Charter, Mayor Jackson has directed that the following resolution of Council made at the September 15, 2014 Regular Meeting be reconsidered (Reference Item F.04):
A. THAT Development Variance Permit LU007236 be issued.
B. THAT the application to amend the Section 219 Restrictive Covenant registered on the property at 28B Georgia Wynd under charge BB3002170 to change the house design be approved.
C. THAT the Mayor and Municipal Clerk be authorized to sign all documents pertaining to this development.”
