North Delta Christmas Tree Lighting

Dec 05, 2016

Time to get into the spirit of the season, North Delta!

On Sunday, December 11, Delta Firefighters Charitable Society will be bringing a Christmas tree lighting ceremony to North Delta!

Bring the whole family over to George Mackie Library to watch as Delta Fire lights up the tree by the Fraser Health Building with LED lights. Enjoy some hot chocolate and snacks while you bask in the spirit of the season! Also, use the ceremony as an opportunity to mail letters to Santa!

The event will run from 6:30 pm until 8 pm, with the lights staying up until December 31. The official light-up will take place at 7:15 pm.

All funds raised from the sponsored strands of light are donated to Christmas programs administered by Deltassist, including their annual toy drive and Christmas hampers for families in need.
