Since the Zoning Bylaw was adopted in April 2018, a number of clarifications, corrections and additions have been identified, which are included in the proposed amendment bylaw.  | Proposal for Craft Brewery in Southlands Village Council gave first and second readings to several bylaws related to the development application to construct a craft brewery and a 200-seat restaurant within Southlands Village. The application is proposed as a new long-term location for the Four Winds Brewing Company, which currently operates in the Tilbury Industrial Area.  | Proposed 2019 Utility Tax Rates Council gave three readings to bylaws that cover the costs for City water, sewer and garbage services for 2019. The proposed bylaws call for an increase in the flat rate utility bill by a total of $30 from $1,060 in 2018 to $1,090 for 2019.  | Early Budget Approval for 2019 Capital Plan Projects Council approved the allocation of early funding for 18 Capital Plan projects for the 2019 calendar year. The early approvals allow staff to obtain more competitive pricing and maintain project schedules. Projects include the Neighbourhood Road Improvements Plan, synthetic turf field replacement at Holly Park, and accessibility upgrades at South Delta Rec Centre.
