E-Comm Board of Directors Designate

At the April 23, 2018 Executive Meeting, Council endorsed the following resolutions:

“A. THAT Karl Preuss, Director of Finance, be designated to represent the City of Delta and the Delta Police Board on the E-Comm Board of Directors for the 2018-2019 term.
B. THAT the decision to appoint the Director of Finance as the E-Comm representative for the City of Delta and the Delta Police Board be released to the public and that EComm be advised of the designation.”

Ladner Harbour Boat Basin Lease Agreement

At the May 14, 2018 Executive Meeting, Council endorsed the following resolutions:

“A. THAT the Lease Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada and the City of Delta be approved, generally as presented (Attachment A of the report).

B. THAT subject to approval of Recommendation A of the report, this report be released at the next Regular Meeting of Council. 

C. THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the lease agreement on behalf of the City of Delta.”

Invitation to the Basel Tattoo 2018

At the May 14, 2018 Executive Meeting, Council endorsed the following motion:

“THAT Mayor Lois E. Jackson and her Executive Assistant Dona Packer be authorized to attend the Basel Tattoo 2018 at a cost of approximately $15,000.”
