2018 Council Members Committee Appointments & Council Liaison Appointments
At the February 19, 2018 Executive meeting, Council endorsed a resolution: “THAT the appointment of Council members to Delta’s Standing Committees and to Delta’s Advisory and Other Committees and the appointment of Council liaisons to external agencies for 2018 be released to the public”. Online Credit Card Payments
Council gave first, second and third readings to Credit Card Payment Service Fee Bylaw No. 7749, 2018. This bylaw allows online credit card payments for property taxes and utilities with a service fee of 1.75%. View the staff report.
Award of Trade Contracts for Construction of Boundary Bay Fire Hall
Council awarded the trade contracts for the construction of the Boundary Bay Fire Hall, Emergency Operations Centre and Training Facility. The total amount of the contracts is $4,872,793.11, including GST. At the February 27, 2017 Regular Meeting, Council approved the 2017 Financial Plan, which included funding for this project.
