UNFINISHED BUSINESS/VERBAL UPDATES 

Zoning Bylaw

Council passed a motion to postpone consideration of Delta Zoning Bylaw No. 7600, 2017 to a future Regular Meeting of Council, pending a staff report on a number of issues raised at the public hearing. View the staff report. 

BYLAWS 

2018 to 2022 Financial Plan

Council gave first, second and third readings to the 2018 to 2022 Financial Plan Bylaw No. 7738, 2018, and the Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds Expenditure Bylaw No. 7739, 2018. Council also approved the 2018 Financial Plan after receiving a presentation from the Manager of Budgets and Taxation. View the staff report. 

DISCUSSION REPORTS 

Enviro-Smart Organics

Council received an update regarding the issues related to odours from the Enviro-Smart Organics composting facility. View the staff report. 

Huff Hydro Park

Council endorsed the undertaking of a park planning process, including community input, to shape the future park uses of the Huff Hydro Park. View the staff report. 

Grauer Park Enhancements

Council approved the memorandum of understanding between the City of Delta, the Tsawwassen Boundary Bay Lions Club and the Rotary Club of Tsawwassen to develop outdoor recreational facilities at Grauer Park. View the staff report.
