Flu Season is Here
Be sure to take steps to stay healthy this Flu Season! Get your flu shot, wash your hands frequently, and cover your cough with your elbow to reduce the risk of respiratory infections. Stay at home if you think you have an influenza-like illness or a cold. Best to remain at home and limit exposure to others.
Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions
Presented in cooperation with the University of Victoria Centre on Aging, enroll in this free, six-week workshop at McKee. Learn how to live with the daily challenges that come with chronic health conditions. Learn about healthy eating, exercise, and pain management strategies. Need some assistance clearing your sidewalks or driveway after all of the winter weather? Delta's Snow Angels Program is here to help! Snow Angels are matched with residents in their neighbourhood.
