Delta residents are invited to a public information meeting for the development application received by the Community Planning & Development Department for Rezoning, Development Permit and Subdivision at 11517 and 11533 84 Avenue.

Date: Wednesday, September 28, 2016
Time: 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Location: North Delta Recreation Centre, Multipurpose Gymnasium Room, 11415 84 Avenue, Delta, BC 

The application is to rezone the subject properties from RM1 Multiple Family (Duplex) Residential to a new Comprehensive Development zone and to consolidate two lots into a single parcel in order to develop a 20 unit townhouse development with a density of 48.4 units per hectare. Vehicular access to the development is proposed from 84A Avenue. A development permit is also required for the form and character of multi-family residential development.

It should be noted that this application is at the preliminary stage, and has not gone to Council for their consideration. Therefore, different aspect of the proposal may change as the application proceeds through the review process.
