August 24, 2016 Public Information Meeting

Delta residents are invited to a public information meeting for the development application received by the Community Planning & Development Department for 11156, 11166, 11176, 11180, 11184, 11188, 11192 and 11210 72 Avenue, Delta, BC. The application is to discharge a land use contract; and rezone the subject properties from RS1 Single Family Residential, RS3 Single Family (0.4 ha) Residential, RS6 Single Family (460 m2) Residential and RM1 Multiple Family (Duplex) Residential to consolidate the eight existing parcels into one parcel to allow construction of a 61-unit townhouse development, with a density of 49.5 units per hectare (20 units per acre). A development permit is also required as the subject properties are situated in the CC Community Corridor and SPEA (FREMP) Streamside Protection and Enhancement Development Permit areas.
