Possible Postal Disruption

In the event of a possible Canada Post service disruption, there are many options available to ensure your property tax payment is received on time.
Property taxes, home owner grant claims and tax deferment applications are due by Monday, July 4, 2016. A 5% penalty will be applied to any outstanding balance after July 4, 2016. An additional 5% penalty will be applied to any outstanding balance after September 2, 2016.

PAYMENT OF TAXES
Payment may be made by cheque, cash or bank debit card. Please make cheques payable to The Corporation of Delta. Also, please note that credit cards are not accepted for the payment of property taxes.
You may pay your property taxes using the following methods:
- Financial Institution
To make payments through telephone banking, online banking or in person at a financial institution, please use the 9 digit Folio Number located on the top left side of your tax notice. Retain your receipt for proof of date paid.
- Delta Municipal Hall
In person at 4500 Clarence Taylor Crescent during business hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:45 pm (Thursdays until 8:00 pm). For your convenience, an after-hours drop box is located outside of the entrance to the Municipal Hall.
- North Delta Recreation Centre
Please note that an after-hours drop box is not available at the North Delta Recreation Centre. In person at 11415 84 Avenue during municipal service hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:45 pm (Thursdays until 8:00 pm).
