Delta Museum & Archives Soc. Memorandum of Understanding

At the May 9, 2016 Executive Meeting, Council considered the report by the Chief Administrative Officer dated April 28, 2016 regarding Delta Museum and Archives Society Memorandum of Understanding and unanimously endorsed the following recommendations:
 
“A. THAT the Mayor, Councillor Bishop and the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to sign the memorandum of understanding on behalf of The Corporation of Delta, generally as presented (Attachment A of the report).”
 
B. THAT once the memorandum of understanding is executed, this report be released to the next Regular Meeting of Council.”
