Public Information Meeting - January 21, 2016

Public Information Meeting for Rezoning, Land Use Contract Discharge, Development Permit and Subdivision Application at 11548, 11568, 11576, 11588, 11592/11594 and 11598 72 Avenue; and 7179 and 7167 116 Street, Delta, B.C. (Highmark Homes Ltd.)

This application is to rezone the subject lands, discharge all existing land use contracts and consolidate all the existing properties into one parcel to allow development of a 40-unit townhouse development with a density of 47.6 units per hectare (19 units per acre) and dedicate road for 116 Street.  A development permit is also required for form and character of multi-family residential development.

A location map which shows the subject property is provided below. Also included are the proposed unit sizes and other details of the proposed development.
