Changes to Development Application Fees

Changes to development application fees come into effect on January 1, 2016.


At the October 26, 2015 Regular Meeting of Delta Council, comprehensive changes to Delta’s Development Application Fees were approved; these changes include increases to a majority of the existing development application fees and the introduction of several new fees.

The new fees are intended to address application-related requests and services for which Delta does not currently charge a fee, but which require staff time and effort.
