The Corporation of Delta will attend the Public Hearing and voice Delta’s concerns with respect to this tower proposal.
Delta DLC Landfill Site Tax Exemption Program

In November 2011, the Delta DLC Landfill Site Economic Investment Zone and Revitalization Tax Exemption Program was enacted to provide financial incentives to encourage the closure and redevelopment of demolition, land-clearing and construction (DLC) waste landfill sites along River Road.
