A Public Information Meeting with City staff will be held to discuss the two design concepts and receive feedback from the community.

The purpose of this meeting is to seek feedback from residents on the two design concepts and complete the design based on the feedback and the preferred design option. Please note that the completed design will also be presented to the residents at a second Public Information Meeting tentatively in 2020.
A feedback form is attached for those who cannot attend and who wish to complete and submit to us at this time.
We welcome and encourage your input to this project and look forward to meeting with you to discuss the two design concepts. If you are unable to attend the Public Information Meeting you may indicate your preference and submit your comments on the attached form by November 22, 2019 by email email@example.com or in person to the Engineering Department at Delta City Hall.
