An application has been submitted to Delta that seeks to introduce a multi-unit residential tower with a commercial retail component at the corner of 95A Avenue and 120 Street.
Please note that this proposal is in the application review stage and has not yet proceeded to Council for consideration. This application will be reviewed by the Community Planning Advisory Committee and the Advisory Design Panel (dates to be determined) which are open to public observation only.
A Public Information Meeting will be scheduled for this proposal prior to it being presented to Council (date to be determined).
The purpose of this application is to permit the property at 9553-9571 120 Street to be developed into a mixed-use project with a 31-storey residential building with commercial space at the ground level. Vehicle access is proposed from 95A Street, and the majority of parking would be underground. The following are components of this application:
- To rezone the subject property from C1 Core Commercial to a Comprehensive Development zone to permit a 31-storey multi-family mixed-use building, with 220 residential units and 126 m2 (1,356 ft2) commercial floor area. Click here for a copy of the site plan.
Development Permit for Form and Character
- The property is located within the Scott Road Corridor Development Permit Area. This development permit area contains guidelines for the form and character of buildings and landscaping.
